The JEA Negotiations Team worked very hard during the past two days of mediation. Volunteering endless hours at the table, and sleepless nights. The mediator, Lavonne Ritter is very skilled as a neutral party and managed to create some out-of-the-box suggestions that both parties deliberated on for hours. Unfortunately, after the hard work, we were unable to reach mutual agreement. As your UniServ Director, I supported the process and was very proud of the dedication of the JEA Team: Melissa Brown, Jennifer Boehme, Jeff Bossard, Janeen McMillan, and Robin Frodge. They deserve gratitude for their time and passionate representation of all JSD educators!
